The 7 Day Tantra from the Heart Retreat will take place in one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Yoga Farm Italy is an organic farm located directly between Rome and Naples – 2 hours from each city and very easy to reach by public transport.
It is at the foot of a beautiful mountain in the Abruzzi National Park, close to ample hiking trails, pristine waterfalls, and beautiful lakes. People here live a very simple, traditional life. The region itself is a real treasure: an undiscovered gem in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy.

How to get here
Sora
Welcome to the Farm! The organic farm located directly between Rome and Naples - 2 hours from each city. This area is well connected by trains, buses, and highways and is easily accessible to guests without a car.
Airport
The best airport to fly to is Rome, Ciampino, second best option is Rome, Fiumicino and then Naples. From Rome there are more than 10 direct buses per day and it takes less than two hours.
From Sora Station
From Sora station we can prearrange a shuttle service that takes 7 minutes. There are also three buses per day from Sora station to the farm and a few guests prefer to walk - it takes 45 minutes.
