Inside every woman lives an essence that is vibrant, wise, and endlessly creative – waiting to be remembered.
Over 3.5 days we come together, not to become someone new, but to remember & embody the beauty, power, and depth that is already within each of us.
This immersion is an invitation to return to your body’s intelligence and your womb’s wisdom, to explore your aliveness, and to awaken different archetypes within. Through rituals, energy practices, and feminine embodiment, we open a temple space where you can move, feel, and reconnect to your essence – fully, authentic, and in a circle of women.
Whether you are new to tantra or have been walking this path for some time, this journey invites you to come home deeper to yourself.
This immersion is also for everyone who already joined the 4,5 Day Initiation Immersion as this is a whole new journey exclusively for women.
Please note, that on the first day we will start at 4pm in the afternoon.
Content and program
Course Content
In this Immersion, you will experience individual, partner and group practices. You will be guided into different experiences of tantric rituals, healing exercises, sacred touch and Taoist energy practices.
Come as you are; beginners, and experienced are all welcome. We will co create a safe space where you can be yourself and listen to your own wisdom
Energy is the foundation of our vitality, magnetism, and spiritual growth. In this journey, we will explore Taoist and Tantric practices to activate, circulate, and harness life force energy. Through breath, movement, and sublimation, we awaken the body’s natural flow of energy, deepen our connection to ourselves, and cultivate radiance from within. As we learn to work with our energy body, we unlock greater potential, becoming magnetic, empowered, and deeply rooted in our essence.
The womb is a sacred portal of creation, intuition, and deep wisdom. It holds the imprints of our lineage, our experiences and our untapped potential. In this immersion, we will journey into the womb space, listening to its wisdom and awakening its power. Through embodied practices, breathwork, and energetic clearing, we will restore connection with this sacred center, allowing it to become a source of intuition, creativity, and inner knowing.
Step into a nurturing space of ritual, where presence, movement, and intention come together in meaningful practice. We will explore feminine arts: womb activation, sacred touch, dance, voice activation, and temple rituals, to reconnect with the mysteries of the feminine.
A key part of this journey is calling upon our inner masculine and cultivating a healthy relationship with this energy to create balance within. We all carry both masculine and feminine energy, which symbolizes different qualities. To deepen our connection to the feminine, we also need to cultivate & strengthen our inner masculine, so the two can support and flow with each other.
Embodiment, the experience of life from the inside out. It is a deep attunement to your body, senses, and emotions, inviting presence, alivness, and awareness into everyday life. Through embodiment practices, we connect with the body, learning to experience bliss in ways that nourish, expand, and empower us. By releasing shame and embracing our true nature, we step into a new level of embodied radiance.
The Priestess archetype lives within all of us. She is the keeper of wisdom, the embodiment of intuition, and a channel between the seen and unseen. She walks with devotion, moving through life as ritual.
In this immersion, we will co-create a temple space that supports you in remembering this archetype within, accessible at any moment.
As we explore our own path of self-discovery, we also connect with the generations before us and those who will come after.
Together we will honor the lineage of women who came before us, bringing awareness to the wounds they carried and the strengths and potential they passed down.
By acknowledging, integrating, and releasing these patterns, we make space for healing and create new possibilities for ourselves and future generations.
How it Works?
This immersion is for women who feel the call to deepen their practice and explore the tantric path in a safe, heart-centered space. Whether you already have a mindfulness or embodiment practice or are simply drawn to this journey with an open heart, you are welcome here.
Together, we will create a supportive container to explore Tantra through ritual, energy work, and feminine embodiment. This is a space of devotion, presence, and self-discovery.

Support System
In this immersion, you will be guided by Veronika and 3 assistants will be present to maintain the safe and supportive environment.
Some Days after the immersion, there will be an integration session happening and youll also have the opportunity to stay connected with the Women of your and other journeys through the Tantra from the Heart Community.

My name is Veronika, and I am a Co-Creator at Tantra from the Heart, Tantra Facilitator, and Embodiment Coach.
For me, tantra is an invitation to return to our natural state. It is a path of welcoming every part of ourselves, living life as a ritual, and remembering that love, presence, and connection are our true nature.
My own journey has been one of deep transformation. I once lived a “successful” corporate life that looked good from the outside but left me disconnected on the inside. After falling into a deep depression, life guided me into a complete rebirth – leaving my career, my home, and an eight-year relationship behind. It was the moment I chose to follow my heart fully.
From that choice, a new life unfolded, lead by my soul, intuition, and the wisdom of the body.
Over the last seven years, everything in the way I relate to myself, others, and life has shifted. Through my own experiences and through guiding hundreds of people, I discovered how tantra opens us to a new way of living – one with love, vulnerability, honesty, and embodied presence at the core of everything.
Since then, I’ve been holding space for men and women on transformational journeys; offering Women’s Initiations; leading pilgrimages to sacred sites; and supporting clients through personal mentorships. I have co-facilitated, assisted, and held space in more than 30 immersions with Tantra from the Heart – each one shaping me deeper into my truest self.
My work is the living embodiment of the practices & experiences that transformed my own life combined with ancient knowledge & modern research.
I´ve been training with amazing teachers such as Thomas Hübl, Layla Martin, Leonie Louise, Arja Hendrikx and Amanda Biccum and continue to deepen my knowledge and devotion to this path every day.
